The politics of return/reimbursement of the ALS products is divide in two point:

ORDER AND PRE DELIVERY
All the orderly articles near the net of sale ALS, accompanied by deposit they are reimbursable before the delivery with a penalty of the 50% of the DEPOSIT AMOUNT, In the case you/he/she had not been versed the deposit , the penalty it is established in 750,00 €. The reimbursement will happen within 30 days from the receipt of formal application. The application must be sends for registered letter writing with RR to the administrative center:

AFTER THE DELIVERY
All the delivered articles and accepted by the client, also with partial payment of the sale, they are reimbursable with the 50% penalty if he/she anchors unused.

In the case the products have also been used an only time, sees the handicraft origin of the products, built with material perishable with the use, you/they cannot be refunded.
The substitution of the artiche is possible only when evident defects appears and within the 7 days.

It exists nevertheless the possibility of the substitution of the articles they had to not meet the full satisfaction of the client with another product ALS of peer value or of great value paying the relative difference to the delivery of the new product. These conditions must be held approved to the payment of the deposit or of the sale related to the purchase in object.

Tutti gli articoli ordinati presso la rete di vendita ALS , accompagnati da acconto/caparra confirmatoria sono rimborsabili prima della consegna con una penale del 50% dell’acconto/caparra confirmatoria , Nel caso non fosse stato versato l’acconto/caparra confirmatoria , la penale è stabilita in 750,00 € .Il rimborso avverrà entro 30gg dalla formale richiesta a mezzo bonifico bancario. La richiesta deve essere inviata per raccomandata scritta con RR presso la ns. sede amministrativa:

DOPO LA CONSEGNA
Tutti gli articoli consegnati ed accettati dal cliente , anche con pagamento parziale del saldo , sono rimborsabili con la penale del 50% se ancora inutilizzati. La richiesta deve essere inviata per raccomandata scritta con RR presso la ns. sede amministrativa:

Nel caso i prodotti siano stati utilizzati anche una sola volta, vista l’origine artigianale dei prodotti ,costruiti con materiali deteriorabili con l’uso , non potranno essere rimborsati.
E’ prevista la sostituzione degli articoli che dovessero presentare difetti evidenti entro i 7 gg. La richiesta deve essere inviata per raccomandata scritta con RR presso la ns. sede amministrativa:

Esiste tuttavia la possibilità della sostituzione degli articoli non dovessero incontrare la piena soddisfazione del cliente con un altro prodotto ALS di pari valore o di maggior valore pagando la relativa differenza alla consegna del nuovo prodotto. La richiesta deve essere inviata per raccomandata scritta con RR presso la ns. sede amministrativa:
